As an Electronics and Communication Engineer,
I have been actively developing my skills in Python programming, artificial intelligence,
and machine learning. My academic and project experience has allowed me to explore real-world
applications through IoT systems, embedded hardware (such as Raspberry Pi and Arduino),
and automation technologies. With a strong foundation in mathematics and physics, I bring
analytical thinking and problem-solving to every challenge I take on. I have also participated
in tech-focused initiatives, collaborated with multidisciplinary teams, and continuously seek
opportunities to learn through research, online courses, and community involvement. As a lifelong
learner, I am driven to stay at the forefront of technological innovation while applying my knowledge
to solve meaningful problems in society.
In addition to my academic and technical interests, I am a dedicated Vipassana meditator.
I have completed two 10-day Vipassana courses and participated in seven children’s meditation
courses at the Dhamma Shringa Vipassana Center in Nepal. I actively travel to various Vipassana
centers across the country, exploring the profound practice of meditation as a tool for self-discipline,
clarity, and inner peace. My journey with Vipassana deeply influences my approach to learning, focus, and
living a mindful, balanced life.

Monastic Life | Path of Mindfulness
My journey into the world of mindfulness and discipline began long before I touched my first computer. In 2016, I entered a monastery in Bhaktapur, marking the start of a spiritual path that deeply shaped my values, mindset, and approach to learning.
Born and raised in Jumla, one of Nepal's most remote regions, I had limited access to technology and modern education in my early years. After the 2015 earthquake, I relocated to a monastery in Bhaktapur, where I lived as a student monk while continuing my education from grades 8 to 12 under full scholarship.
During this period, I immersed myself in Buddhist studies and meditation practices, learning Pāli language, moral education, and Pariyatti Shikshya, the traditional Buddhist academic curriculum. I successfully passed examinations up to Level 7-8, deepening my understanding of Buddhist philosophy and discipline.
Over the years, I participated in numerous Vipassana meditation courses including children's meditation courses (3-day, 5 times), 5- and 7-day retreats (around 5-6 times), and multiple 10-day courses at Dhamma Shringa Vipassana Center and other centers across Nepal.
The monastic environment instilled in me a profound sense of self-discipline, mindfulness, and inner balance. These qualities now guide my journey in technology and research, allowing me to stay grounded, focused, and compassionate while pursuing innovation.
🕊️ Buddhism as Education: The Path to Awakening
“The mind is everything. What you think, you become.” - The Lord Buddha
Buddhism is not a religion, it is an education of the mind and heart. The teachings of the Buddha (Dhamma) are not about worship or blind faith, but about awakening the wisdom that already exists within every being.
Shakyamuni Buddha was not a god, but a teacher, a master of universal education. His goal was to guide humanity toward virtue, clarity, and freedom from suffering through discipline (Sīla), meditation (Samādhi), and wisdom (Paññā).
The Buddha taught that every individual is the owner of their own actions:- “Attā hi attano nātho,” meaning:- 'the self is its own master'. This understanding of karma empowers us to live consciously, recognizing that every thought, word, and deed shapes our future experience.
True freedom, according to the Buddha, arises not by rejecting life but by understanding it by seeing through desire, greed, and ignorance. The monastic way of life, simple and detached from material excess, reflects this inner pursuit of peace and clarity.
Buddhism, in its essence, is a timeless system of education and awakening. It teaches ethical living, mindful awareness, and compassionate understanding principles that resonate beyond any culture or belief system.
Through this education, one gradually returns to their original nature, a mind that is pure, compassionate, and luminous. 🌼
